1. Service Description

SPECTRA is a real-time market risk and anomaly detection platform. It monitors 9,000+ instruments across 18 detection layers to identify market anomalies, structural risks, and unusual activity patterns.

2. Not Financial Advice

SPECTRA does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All detections are informational and intended for risk awareness only. Users are solely responsible for their own trading and investment decisions.

3. No Guarantees

SPECTRA's anomaly detection systems operate on statistical models and pattern recognition. No detection system is 100% accurate. Past detection accuracy does not guarantee future performance.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or commercially resell SPECTRA's detection data, algorithms, or API outputs without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

SPECTRA and Future Legends AI shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages resulting from use of the platform or reliance on its detection outputs.
